Chocolate Royal

Morning:

Young patissiers will learn to create perfect sponge, ​praline, crunchy, chocolate mousse and chocolate decors. ​They will perfect their piping skills and take home one 4 ​serve mousse cake.

Afternoon:

Your little one will be creating a 2D artwork using ​acrylic paint, collage and colouring in. The artwork ​will relate to the delicious dessert they create in the ​morning and will incorporate a range of different ​techniques.

In this class you will learn how to make:

-a vegan choux pastry

-a hazelnut and almond praline

-a praline mousseline cream


When?

In this class, you will learn to:

-achieve a perfectly crisp and buttery sweet pastry

-make a rich almond cream

-balance the sweetness of pears with the delicate flavour of ​vanilla in a compote

-add a refreshing citrus note with finely diced pear and ​lemon.

-whip up a Vanilla Diplomate Cream for a light, airy finish


In this class you will learn how to make:

-a flaky buttery puff pastry from scratch

-a melting vanilla and apple compote

-beautiful thin slices of apples to assemble ​your tart

We offer fully plant-based classes and can also make them gluten-free on request so no team member is left behind.

About us

Our pastry chef, Faustyne, is a decade-long teacher from high school to college age in diverse areas including languages, dance, cooking. She prides herself in her meticulous approach.

From the Ritz Palace to the prestigious Ducasse School in Paris, Faustyne has taught future professional pastry chefs with the same dedication she will teach you.


Faustyne delivers a quality experience, with plant-based products only alongside a quality pedagogy to enrich the French pâtisserie experience.

Our atelier

Commercial kitchen are often cold and not welcoming. We wanted to create a space for you to feel just like home. With the magic of lighting, timber and green touches, we made it cosy just for you. The atelier can welcome a maximum of 10 participants.
