Team Building/ Corporate Experiences

Looking for a unique and engaging team-building experience? Ma Petite Patisserie classes are the perfect recipe for fostering collaboration, communication and creativity among your team.


We have tailor-made a course which will strengthen the bonds amongst your team members. Lots of laughter and fun times ahead- plus you get to bring your delicious patisseries home!


We offer fully plant-based classes and can also make them gluten-free on request so no team member is left behind.

Macarons (Gluten-Free)

Lime and Lemon Tart

You will learn how to make:

-soft and crunchy shells

-2 to 3 different fillings (depending on the number of participants): vanilla, lemon, chocolate


You will learn how to make:

-shortcrust pastry

-almond cream (could be made nut free on demand)

-lemon creamy

-lime supremes

And also...

-piping contests

-collaboration challenges

-competitions

Booking information

-Group of 6 to 14 people

-AUD 170 per person

-3 hour session

-Each participant brings 2 individual tarts or 6 macarons home

-Tuesday or Friday bookings only (all day availability)

Our pastry chef, Faustyne, is a decade-long teacher from high school to college age in diverse areas including languages, dance, cooking. She prides herself in her meticulous approach.

From the Ritz Palace to the prestigious Ducasse School in Paris, Faustyne has taught future professional pastry chefs with the same dedication she will teach you.


Faustyne delivers a quality experience, with plant-based products only alongside a quality pedagogy to enrich the French pâtisserie experience.
